We value our partners and believe strongly in a mutually beneficial framework for all participants in our projects and strive to ensure value for all stakeholders.

A one-sized-fits-all approach doesn’t work.

We are responsive to all our partners and stakeholders and we’ll work with them to tailor an agreements that meets all parties’ interests. This can include mitigation options, security and fencing, as well as setbacks and other methods to reduce our impact among our neighbours. For the sites themselves, we partner in both the form of an immediate value for land acquisition or a larger zero risk fixed income or a percentage of the monthly revenue. Further, partnership on operations can provide supplemental value to both parties.

Our framework for land acquisition seeks land for the duration of the 20 year PPA (Power Purchase Agreement). After the contract, the solar plant can be dismantled or continue generating power as required and desired by all parties.

We work closely with our partners to ensure the maximum level of support as well local economic generation. We believe in the value of strong partnerships and “building local”. Through construction, we will need many skilled trades and partners including landscapers, millwrights, construction workers, electricians among others. We will work with our local partners to provide training and local expertise that will help us fulfill our requirements.
