We are defined by the way we work.
Thorough planning, tangible results
We will provide significant local value creation with land agreements, job creation during planning and construction as well as during operations.
Financially safe and sound
We are fully financed and ensure quality installation and have built a solid international reputation for solid projects.
Common sense, practical changes
We will work with you to find land suitable and preferred for placement of a solar site that includes rooftops, unused non-landscaped segments of plots, parking garages etc.
How we choose our sites
We look at our sites based on the following environmental and practical considerations: the proximity to the transmission grid (HV) and the distribution grid (MV), the land environmental impact, the strict implementation of REA guidelines and MNRF policies, the land requirements including setbacks and security for the solar modules and substation until interconnection point, the minimal landscaping and ground levelling work, the constant unobstructed access to solar irradiance as well as critical factors such as the presence heritage resources and endangered or protected species.
Community engagement
In partnership with you, RealPart Canada will prepare a community engagement plan that will detail the project and its impacts, the practical measures during and post construction, its community integration, public safety considerations and the respect of environmental regulations. As part of its outreach, a full governmental and public consultation will be performed, including meetings and feedback from local elected officials, regulators and third-party stakeholders. Our outreach is responsive and will build and foster relationship-building between our partners and provide opportunities to truly engage in a discussion about local needs and considerations.
